Real Estate Agents Charged
The case of two men accused in connection with an attack on a homeless man in downtown Cincinnati on Aug. 8 is scheduled for a pretrial hearing Sept. 9.
Henry Davis IV, 26, of Clifton, allegedly knocked a bottle of insulin out of the hand of a homeless man on east Seventh Street. Police reports say that, when questioned by an officer, Davis said, “He was just a bum, who cares?”
During the investigation, Jordan Weidner, 25, who lives downtown, allegedly interfered. Police reports say Weidner was “extremely intoxicated” and refused to leave the scene after being ordered three times. The arresting officer quoted Weidner calling the homeless victim “a fucking liar.”
Both men were charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Weidner, a graduate of Miami University, is an associate with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, a commercial real-estate firm. Davis didn’t list his employer but told police he also works in commercial real estate.
Both men are scheduled for a pretrial hearing before Hamilton County Municipal Judge Ted Berry.
